    Can I pick up my order in person?

    Unfortunately, no. We do have a growing list of distributors in countries all over the world so please send us an e-mail with your country and we'll let you know the best steps to locally pick up Miracle Tree's delicious wellness teas if this is your preference.

    Can I change/cancel my order?

    This depends upon what stage of fulfillment your order is in. Please contact us and we’ll see what we can do. We believe in your happy online shopping and will do our utmost to help!

    I forgot to apply my discount code, can I be reimbursed for the difference?

    Do you gift wrap orders?

    Sorry, at the moment we do not offer gift wrapping for any of our products.


    What shipping services do you use?

    We currently use the US Postal Service and UPS for all domestic deliveries.

    How long will it take to deliver your order?

    Orders are processed and out for shipment within 48 hours (or less!) of your order. Once out, add...
    - 3 to 6 business days for 1st Class USPS (packages under 13oz)
    - 2 to 3 business days for Priority USPS
    - 1 to 4 business days for UPS Ground

    Can I reroute shipments in transit?

    If you find that you have made an error with your shipping address, please contact us with corrected shipping info. Prior to your order being shipped, we can make the necessary changes. After your item has shipped, it is possible to re-route UPS packages only. Please note that re-routing a UPS package will result in an additional fee, as determined by UPS. Note that we cannot re-route UPS packages if they are already being returned to us. If your item ends up undeliverable, it will come back to us and we will contact you for further instructions.

    What do I do if my shipment is lost or damaged?

    Please contact us if you have any problems with lost or damaged packages and we will address the specific situation. In the event your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and include pictures of the packaging and specific damage.

    Where do you ship?

    At this time, we only offer shipment and fulfillment to orders placed to US addresses. Please note, Expedited and Priority Shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico can't be sent to P.O. boxes or APO, FPO OR DPO. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take longer--up to 21 days for APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. You'll be notified while placing your order if we're unable to ship specific items to the address you've selected.

    Due to very high shipping rates and abnormally high rates of fraudulent transactions, we are only able to ship to a select number of countries. If your country is not listed, you may contact us and we'll try to suggest and alternate retailer or source closer to your region.

    Is customs and duties included in my international orders?

    Please note that you will be responsible to pay any duties and customs generated in the course of delivering your package. These are completely in the hands of the customs authorities of your home country and rates and fees are not available for us to quote or estimate.


    What are the benefits of subscribing to our products? Our subscription programs are a great way to save time and money when purchasing Miracle Tree. You simply chose the eligible product that you'd like to subscribe, chose the size variant, and then set the frequency of your reoccurring order (i.e. create your subscription).  Should you wish you manage your subscription (change products, modify frequency, or cancel), you may do so from your 'Manage Account' page.

    Miracle Tree reserves the right to change the Subscribe & Save benefits, including the discount amounts and eligibility used to determine discount amounts, at any time in its sole discretion. All changes will apply to future orders, including for current subscriptions.

    Some of the offer details may change as you receive deliveries over time (for example, price, taxes, availability, and shipping charges,. If the item is unavailable when we plan to ship it, you authorize us to fulfill your order with a similar item that we believe will meet your expectations.

    Your Subscribe & Save subscription will automatically create a new order according to your chosen delivery schedule, until you cancel. We may, in our sole discretion, terminate your subscriptions at any time without notice. If we do so, you will only be charged for orders that have been shipped to you.


  • Returns

    What is your return policy?

    Returns Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Additionally we do not accept returns on Gift card purchases.

    Please note, to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    How do I get a refund?

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Why is my refund taking so long?

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@miracletreetea.com.

    Can I get a refund on a sales item?

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

    Can I exchange my defective/damaged goods?

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@miracletreetea.com with pictures indicating the defect/damage; once we approve the exchange, please proceed to shipping us your item for exchange.

    Where do I ship my qualified return/exchange items?

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

    What is the Miracle Tree Gift Card?

    Our gift cards are the perfect way to send someone a little Moringa magic. It acts just like a digital debit card—from the denominations we have provided, choose the amount you would like to give (up to $100) and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise of their choice worth an equal or lesser value.

    How can I redeem the Miracle Tree Gift Card?

    Gift cards can be used at miracletreetea.com only. Select the item(s) you're interested in and use your gift card to pay for it. It’s that easy. The Miracle Tree Gift Card keeps track of the balance, so you can use it on one purchase and then use it again on another with the remaining balance.

    Can I check my gift card balance?

    No problem, just email customer service and include your gift card number in the message so we can easily look it up.

    I’ve lost the email containing my gift card number, how do I get it back?

    Easy, simply email customer service with the name of who gave you the card, the initial value, and approximate date and we’ll do the hard work!

    Can I add more money to my gift card?

    Unfortunately, we’re unable to process payments in this manner. However, you are welcome to purchase another gift card!

    What are the terms applicable to the Miracle Tree Gift Card?

    - Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
    - If other products are included in your order, the coupon value will apply only to those items.
    - Sales tax will not be applied to gift card purchases. If other products are included in your order, tax will apply only to those items.
    - The purchase and redemption of gift cards cannot exceed $200
    - Gift cards are non refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged or resold and cannot be redeemed for cash.

    How do I use my Miracle Tree Gift Card?

    - On the final page of checkout, enter your gift card number in the Gift Card field.
    - Please note: If you still have a balance remaining on your order, you will need to pay the remaining balance by credit or debit card in the final payment module.
    - If the total cost of the merchandise is less that the amount on your gift card, your order will be processed and the balance will remain on the card so you can use it again.
    - To check the balance of your gift card, email customer service with your gift card number in the body of your message


    What is a Miracle Tree Coupon?

    From time to time (or under certain circumstances), we shall issue vouchers to our customers entitling the recipient to a discount for Miracle Tree products. Watch out for our holiday specials and enjoy great savings on your favorite Moringa products!

    What are the terms of Miracle Tree's Coupons?

    - Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Miracle Tree reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
    - If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Cart when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.
    - The coupon applies only to qualifying items displaying the coupon offer in your Coupon Book and on the item detail page.
    - The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
    - The promotion is limited to one coupon per customer/household.
    - Promotion may not be combinable with mail-in rebates.
