  • ½ cup crumbled feta


  1. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook your pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain the pasta and transfer it to a large serving bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano and garlic powder to make the salad dressing.
  3. Take a large bowl and add cucumbers, tomatoes, moringa leaves, olives and onions.
  4. Add dressing and toss until evenly coated. Season with salt and pepper and add dill, then top with feta.

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F.

  4. Bake it for about 30 minutes in the center of the oven, stirring halfway through, until the edges are golden.
