Directions

Preheat the oven to 425°. Add yellow squash to a food processor and wait until finely ground. Take another bowl, mix all cheeses together. Add the remaining seven ingredients into the cheese mix and stir well. Add the yellow squash. On a baking sheet lined with parchment, spread the mixture evenly. Bake until the edges appear golden brown (about 20-25 minutes). Cut into breadsticks. Serve with your favorite sauce.

  • 2½ cup shredded cheese
  • Baguette, for serving

Directions

In a large pan, on medium heat, melt butter. Add onion and celery and cook until they become soft. Slowly pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper. Mix everything and add moringa powder. Stir in kale and carrots and let simmer until vegetables become soft. Add cheddar and stir it well. You can use cheddar for seasoning as well. Serve this warm recipe with a baguette.

DOUBLE CHEESE MORINGA SPAGHETTI

  • 230 gm whole-wheat spaghetti
  • 2 tbsp margarine, divided

  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp moringa powder
  • ¾ cup Asiago grated Italian cheese, plus more for garnish
  • ¾ cup grated fresh parmesan, plus more for garnish

Directions:

Cook the pasta al dente. Drain the pasta and reserve about ⅔ cup pasta water. In a skillet, melt margarine powder and add oil followed by black pepper. Mix for a minute and add the pasta water. Add the remaining butter and toss the pasta into the mixture. Add both the moringa powder and the cheeses. Stir them well until the pasta becomes cheesy and the consistency is as desired. Serve hot.

Direction:

Add chia seeds, almond milk, cinnamon, moringa powder in a bowl and stir well. Let the mix sit for 10-15 minutes until the consistency becomes thick. Take a medium-sized bowl and create a bottom layer of half-sliced banana. Add half of the chia seed mix. Create another layer of chopped banana. Pour in the rest of the chia seed mix.
