What is a Miracle Tree Coupon?

From time to time (or under certain circumstances), we shall issue vouchers to our customers entitling the recipient to a discount for Miracle Tree products. Watch out for our holiday specials and enjoy great savings on your favorite Moringa products!

What are the terms of Miracle Tree's Coupons?

We issue coupons and special sales offers from time to time to provide excellent value to our customers! These are great ways for our customers to purchase our products at a discounted value or to enjoy certain perks like free shipping. These coupons are governed by the below terms.

Coupons are valid for a limited time only. Miracle Tree reserves the right to modify or cancel coupons at any time.
If you do not purchase the qualifying items added to your Cart when the coupon is in effect, the discount will not apply.
The coupon applies only to qualifying items displaying the coupon offer on the item detail page or at checkout.
Coupons may be combined with subscription (Subscribe & Save) orders and one-time purchase orders, unless the specific offer states otherwise.
The coupon offer will not be valid until it is applied to the qualifying item.
The promotion is limited to one coupon per customer/household, unless otherwise stated.
If you return any of the items purchased with a coupon, the coupon discount or value may be subtracted from the return credit.
Applicable shipping and handling charges apply to all products.
Offer good while supplies last.
Void where prohibited.
Consumer is required to pay any applicable sales tax related to the use of the coupon.
Coupons are void if restricted or prohibited by law.
In certain instances where coupon codes are misused or otherwise unethically acquired, the coupon offer is considered void, and Miracle Tree reserves the right to cancel and disable the customer account.

What is the Miracle Tree Gift Card?

Our gift cards are the perfect way to send someone a little Moringa magic. It acts just like a digital debit card—from the denominations we have provided, choose the amount you would like to give — $10, $25, $50, or $100 — and the recipient can redeem it for merchandise of their choice worth an equal or lesser value.

How can I redeem the Miracle Tree Gift Card?

Gift cards can be used at www.miracletree.org only. Select the item(s) you're interested in and use your gift card to pay for it. It’s that easy. The Miracle Tree Gift Card keeps track of the balance, so you can use it on one purchase and then use it again on another with the remaining balance.

Can I check my gift card balance?

No problem, just email customer service and include your gift card number in the message so we can easily look it up.

I’ve lost the email containing my gift card number, how do I get it back?

Easy, simply email customer service with the name of who gave you the card, the initial value, and approximate date and we’ll do the hard work!

Can I add more money to my gift card?

Unfortunately, we’re unable to process payments in this manner. However, you are welcome to purchase another gift card!

What are the terms applicable to the Miracle Tree Gift Card?

Discount codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases.
If other products are included in your order, any discount code will apply only to those other items, not to the gift card.
Sales tax will not be applied to gift card purchases. If other products are included in your order, tax will apply only to those items.
Gift cards are sold in fixed denominations of $10, $25, $50, and $100. A single gift card cannot exceed $100 in value.
Gift cards remain valid for at least the minimum period required by applicable law, and no dormancy, inactivity, or service fee is charged against a gift card balance.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be transferred, exchanged, or resold, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where applicable law requires otherwise (for example, California law allows a gift card with a remaining balance under $10 to be redeemed for cash).

How do I use my Miracle Tree Gift Card?

On the final page of checkout, enter your gift card number in the Gift Card field.
Please note: If you still have a balance remaining on your order, you will need to pay the remaining balance by credit or debit card in the final payment module.
If the total cost of the merchandise is less than the amount on your gift card, your order will be processed and the balance will remain on the card so you can use it again.
