Purchase Options, Authorizations & Cancellation Policy

Miracle Tree

This policy governs purchases made through Miracle Tree that are offered as subscriptions, pre-orders, or try-before-you-buy programs (“Purchase Options”). By placing an order, you expressly authorize Miracle Tree to charge your payment method in accordance with the terms below, in addition to our Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policies.

All Purchase Options are processed via Shopify Payments and/or Stripe and are subject to their dispute, authorization, and fraud-prevention frameworks.

1. Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Miracle Tree to store your payment credentials securely and to automatically charge your payment method for each recurring order according to the frequency, pricing, and duration selected at checkout.

Key Terms

• Subscription charges are processed prior to fulfillment.

• Some subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

• You may cancel or modify a subscription only before the next billing cutoff date, as displayed in your customer portal.

• Cancellations or changes submitted after a charge has been processed will apply to future orders only.

Fulfillment & Refunds

• Once a subscription order has entered fulfillment or shipped, it is non-cancellable.

• Subscription orders are not guaranteed to be refundable and are subject strictly to our Returns Policy.

• Shipping fees, handling fees, and promotional discounts are non-refundable unless required by law.

2. Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are advance purchases of products not yet in stock or not yet released.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Estimated availability and ship dates are non-binding estimates, not guarantees.

• Miracle Tree may collect full payment, partial payment, or no payment at checkout.

• If partial or no payment is collected, you expressly authorize Miracle Tree to store your payment method and charge the remaining balance automatically when the order enters fulfillment.

Cancellations

• Pre-orders may be canceled only while the order remains unfulfilled.

• Once a pre-order enters fulfillment or ships, it becomes a completed sale and cannot be canceled.

Refunds

• Approved refunds for unfulfilled pre-orders, if any, may be issued at Miracle Tree’s sole discretion.

• Refunds do not include price differences due to promotions, bundles, or limited-time offers.

Delays caused by manufacturing issues, logistics constraints, customs, force majeure events, or supplier changes do not constitute grounds for cancellation, chargeback, or damages.

3. Try Before You Buy

For try-before-you-buy purchases, Miracle Tree will place a temporary authorization hold on your payment method prior to shipping, as permitted by Shopify Payments and Stripe.

Trial Terms

• The trial period begins on the confirmed delivery date.

• You must return the product within the stated trial window and in accordance with our Returns Policy.

• Returned items must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in original packaging unless otherwise stated.

Charges

• If the item is not returned within the trial period, or is returned damaged, incomplete, or outside policy requirements, you authorize Miracle Tree to capture the full authorized amount.

• Failure to return the product is deemed acceptance of the purchase.

Shipping, handling, and any return shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by law.

4. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• By completing checkout, you agree not to initiate a payment dispute or chargeback for any order that complies with this policy and our Returns Policy.

• Unauthorized or unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension or refusal of future service.

• Miracle Tree reserves the right to submit order confirmations, delivery confirmations, tracking data, customer communications, and policy acceptance records as evidence in dispute proceedings.

All transactions are governed by Shopify Payments / Stripe dispute resolution rules, and their determinations are final.

5. General Conditions

• Miracle Tree reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any Purchase Option at any time without prior notice.

• We may refuse cancellations, refunds, or service in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.

• This policy does not limit any rights mandated by applicable consumer protection laws.
