This past year the pandemic has slowed everything down. It has given us time, among other things, to re-think, introspect and reflect on how we, as a society, have contributed to its existence in the first place. More than anything, this pause has forced us to pay attention to our wellbeing and health,. It has reminded us how important it is to take care of our bodies and maintain a healthy lifestyle. The focus has shifted from toning and shaping our bodies to boosting our immunity and the related foods, medicines, and supplements that can facilitate the process. With the new year being just around the corner, healthy goals are on everyone's list of resolutions. The new year is a new opportunity for healthy habits to start and develop. A friend of mine told me about Moringa nutritional properties and that he was drinking the tea and he showed me So I ordered the Moringa and Rooibos tea form amazon.com and really liked that. Then I decided to get the 100% Moringa tea and I went straight to Miracle Tree and I bought 12 boxes (25 tea bags/box) as it was the best price and I knew I would love it. I need to drink 2 quarts of liquid or more per day and I knew I could accomplish this by drinking tea. Now I make Moringa tea by the quart (2 quarts/day) with 3 tea bags of 100% Moringa and I alternate with a tea bag of something else (Passion Fruit & Orange or Ginger, Tumeric & Lemon).
