This Halloween recipe is made with spinach, apples, banana and pineapple. There is also a boost of protein from moringa powder. This Frankenstein smoothie is a healthy alternative to sugary drinks as it is packed with fresh vegetables and fruits. And the best part? This Halloween recipe is ready in just a few minutes.
Ingredients:
- 2 cups spinach
- 2 cups water
- 1 apple, peeled
- 1 banana
- 1 cup crushed pineapple
- 1 tablespoon moringa powder
Preparation:
- Add spinach and water into the blender. Pulse on high until the greens are well chopped.
- Then add apple, banana and pineapple and pulse on high until you get a smooth consistency.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 medium ripe banana
- 1 cup frozen peaches unthawed
- 3 drops organic orange food coloring (optional)
Preparation:
- Start by preparing your cups. With a black marker pen, draw a Jack o' lantern face on each cup. You can get as creative as you want.
- Add orange juice, milk, yogurt, vanilla, honey and frozen peaches in a blender. Blend until smooth.
- If you'd like deeper orange color, add a few drops of organic orange food coloring. Stir well.

Ingredients:
- 1 raw beet, sliced
- 1 ½ cups frozen raspberries
- 1 ripe banana, fresh or frozen
- 1 tablespoon moringa powder
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- the juice of 1 orange
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk
Preparation:
- Firstly, decorate the glasses with bat wings and eyes.
- Then, add all the ingredients to a blender and blend on high for 2-3 minutes, or until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.
- If the smoothie appears to be too thick, add more milk to adjust the consistency.
