This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through Miracle Tree and forms part of our Terms of Sale, including our Shipping, Purchase Options, and Cancellation Policies.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery (based on carrier tracking).
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging with all components included
- Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested or shipped outside this window will not be accepted.
2. Final Sale Items
The following are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards and digital products
- Sale, discounted, or promotional items
- Limited-edition or time-sensitive offers
Exception: Defective or damaged items may qualify for replacement (see below).
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We replace items only if they arrive defective or damaged.
To request a replacement:
- Contact info@miracletree.org within 7 days of delivery
- Include your order number and clear photo evidence
- Claims are subject to review and approval
Approved claims are eligible for replacement of the same item only, subject to availability. Refunds are not issued for approved defect claims.
4. Return Authorization & Shipping
All returns require prior authorization.

For non-defective returns:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
- Original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
We are not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will be notified of approval or rejection
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Refunds may be reduced or denied if items are used, damaged, or incomplete
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not posted:
- Check your bank or card account
- Contact your card issuer
- Contact your bank

7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges except for verified defective or damaged items. Replacements are limited to the same product and subject to availability.
8. Return Shipping Risk
For returns over $75, we recommend using a trackable, insured shipping service.
We are not liable for items lost in transit.
9. Disputes & Chargebacks
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- All returns and refunds are governed exclusively by this policy
- Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks for orders handled in accordance with this policy
- We may submit order, delivery, and communication records as evidence in disputes
We reserve the right to deny returns, refunds, or future service in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or misuse.
10. Policy Updates
We may update this policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and do not affect completed orders.
