This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of all orders placed through www.miracletree.org and is incorporated into our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Processing & Handling
- Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
- Processing times do not include shipping transit times.
We reserve the right to delay processing due to inventory availability, verification checks, high order volume, or other circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates (United States)
Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days
- Flat rate: $5.00
- Free on orders over $29 (excluding discounts and taxes)
Priority Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days
- Flat rate: $10.00
- Free on orders over $49, where available and subject to fulfillment capacity

3. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations.
- Service: International Standard Shipping
- Estimated delivery: 8–15 business days (varies by destination and customs clearance)
- Rates calculated at checkout (via USPS, UPS, DHL, or equivalent carriers)
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All international orders ship DDU/DAP (Delivery Duty Unpaid)
- Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, and import requirements
- We do not control or estimate customs charges
Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, returns, or abandonment of the shipment.
4. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
If an order is refused, unclaimed, or returned due to incorrect address or unpaid customs duties, we reserve the right to:
- Deduct return shipping costs
- Apply restocking fees
- Deny refunds where recovery is not possible
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Carriers & Fulfillment
- Domestic orders typically ship via USPS or UPS from our Miami, FL warehouse
- Orders fulfilled by third-party partners may use alternative carriers
- Orders may ship in multiple packages based on inventory availability
6. Delivery Responsibility
Once an order is handed to the carrier:
- We are not responsible for carrier delays
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed
- Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance (where permitted by law)
7. Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
- Address changes are only possible before shipment
- After shipment, rerouting (if available) may incur carrier fees
- Packages in return-to-sender status cannot be rerouted
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
If a shipment is lost:
- Contact us to initiate a carrier investigation
- Claims are subject to carrier confirmation and timelines
9. Restricted Addresses
- Priority/expedited shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses
- Standard shipping to APO/FPO/DPO may take up to 21 days
- International shipping to P.O. Boxes is not permitted
- Shipping is limited to approved countries
10. Order Changes & Promotions
- Order changes or cancellations are not guaranteed and depend on fulfillment status
- Discount codes cannot be applied after purchase
- Promotional adjustments are granted at our discretion
11. Pickup & Gift Services
- In-person pickup is not available
- Gift wrapping is not offered
