The best way to add more fiber to diet is to load up on veggies. You can consume more fiber by eating vegetables before a meal. Non-starchy vegetables are a low-calorie, high-fiber option. Vegetables like peas, artichokes and edamame are excellent sources of fiber. Did you know that peas include a significant amount of fiber? The USDA estimates that there are 4 g of fiber per 1/2 cup, or 14% of the daily recommended amount.
Are you guilty of peeling fruits like apples and pears? While you should not eat an orange rind or a banana peel, you can eat apples and pears with their skins on to add more fiber to your diet. The fruit's skin protects the delicate flesh inside. But it also contains more than half of the fruit's fiber. Fruit's dietary fiber might make you feel more satisfied, especially when eaten with foods high in protein and fat, such as cheese or nut butter.
Whole grains undergo very little processing, preserving their natural state.
Refined grains, on the other hand, lack fiber and vitamin-rich germ of whole grains. This extends the grain's shelf life but removes its healthiest component, leaving behind just a quick-absorbing carb. This is my favourite tea as well as my favourite Moringa tea (I've tried about 4-5 brands and this combination with turmeric is fantastic). Tastes awesome. It is generally consistently good, about 99% I'd say (so a rare tea bag or two may be a bit "off"). So it holds the taste well and if you like this kind of taste, you'll love this tea.
I really love the mango flavored tea! I just wish it was in stores.

Favorite lemon Moringa tea out of others I’ve tried. The only criticism I have is that the tea bag paper is very thin and easily ripped.

Good tea. I like it a lot. I’ve been using it for some time. Going direct has its consequences such as, the factory shipping schedule SUCKS. 2weeks for shipped product is “retarded”. I’ll probably return to retail distribution for the staled products.
Love the product, praying it helps my health the way it's promoted to do. Super fast shipping. The paper can is solid, I love that Miracle Tree doesn't use toxic materials to contain the Moringa Leaf powder. Seals up after each use. I did extensive research on which Moringa Leaf powder would be healthiest, organic, no fillers and etc, each time I came back to conclude this was the best product. It is a bit pricey! However, in a world where you get what you pay for you don't want to go with cheaper knock-offs. I was fortunate to catch Miracle Tree's black Friday sale! My wife and I both use this product and both recommend it!
