Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy governs the shipment and delivery of all orders placed through www.miracletree.org and is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy.
1. Order Processing & Handling

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed within 24–48 business hours.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Processing times do not include shipping transit time.
We reserve the right to delay processing due to inventory availability, verification checks, peak volume, or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates (United States)
We offer the following domestic shipping options, subject to availability:

Priority Shipping

3. International Shipping
International shipping is available to a select group of countries.

Rates are calculated at checkout and may include USPS, UPS, or DHL
Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international shipments are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU / DAP) basis

Customers are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, tariffs, and import requirements

Miracle Tree does not control customs authorities and cannot estimate or prepay these charges
Failure to pay customs fees may result in delays, returns, or abandonment of the shipment.
4. Undeliverable, Refused, or Unclaimed Shipments
If an order is:

Returned due to incorrect address

Returned due to unpaid customs duties
We reserve the right to:

Deduct return shipping costs

Deduct restocking fees

Deny refunds altogether where recovery is not possible
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Carriers & Fulfillment

Domestic orders are shipped via USPS or UPS when fulfilled from our Miami, FL warehouse

Orders fulfilled by our third-party fulfillment partners may use alternative carriers optimized for delivery speed

Orders may ship in multiple packages due to inventory availability, including bundles or multipacks
6. Delivery Timeframes & Responsibility
Once an order has been handed over to the carrier:

Miracle Tree is not responsible for carrier delays

Delivery estimates are not guarantees

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon carrier acceptance, except where prohibited by law
7. Address Accuracy & Rerouting
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Address changes can only be made before shipment

After shipment, UPS rerouting may be possible for an additional carrier-determined fee

We cannot reroute packages already in return-to-sender status
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
If a shipment is lost:

Please contact us and we will initiate an investigation with the carrier

Claims are subject to carrier confirmation and resolution timelines
9. Restricted Addresses & Regions

Expedited and Priority Shipping is not available to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses

Standard Shipping to APO/FPO/DPO may take up to 21 days

International shipping to P.O. Boxes is not permitted

Due to fraud and carrier limitations, shipping is restricted to approved countries only
10. Order Changes, Cancellations & Discounts

Order changes or cancellations are subject to fulfillment status and are not guaranteed

Discount codes cannot be retroactively applied once an order is placed

Promotional pricing adjustments are granted at Miracle Tree’s sole discretion
11. In-Person Pickup & Gift Wrapping
