Returns & Refunds Policy
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all purchases made through Miracle Tree and forms part of our Terms of Sale, including our Purchase Options, Shipping, and Cancellation Policies.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of confirmed delivery, as determined by carrier tracking.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in the same condition as received

The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, inserts, and labels

Proof of purchase is required
Returns requested or shipped outside the 30-day return window will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

Gift cards and digital products

Sale, clearance, promotional, or discounted items

Limited-edition or time-bound offers
Exception: Items that arrive defective or damaged may be eligible for replacement as outlined below.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
We replace items only if they are defective or damaged upon delivery.
To request a replacement:

Include your order number and clear photographic evidence of the defect or damage

All claims are subject to inspection and approval at Miracle Tree’s sole discretion
Approved replacements are limited to the same item only, subject to availability. Refunds are not issued for approved defect or damage claims.
4. Return Authorization & Shipping
All returns require approval before being sent back.

For non-defective returns:

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs

Original shipping, handling, customs duties, and taxes are non-refundable
Miracle Tree is not responsible for lost, delayed, or untracked return shipments.
5. Refunds
Once a return is received and inspected:

You will be notified by email of approval or rejection

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Refund amounts may be reduced or denied if returned items are used, damaged, incomplete, or non-compliant
Shipping costs are not refunded. Return shipping costs are not reimbursed.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has been approved but not yet posted:

7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges except in cases of verified defective or damaged items. Replacement items are limited to the same product and are subject to availability.
8. Shipping Risk & Insurance
For returns valued over $75, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. Miracle Tree does not guarantee receipt of returned items and assumes no liability for items lost in transit.
9. Disputes, Chargebacks & Enforcement
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

All refunds and returns are governed exclusively by this policy

Customers agree not to initiate payment disputes or chargebacks for orders handled in accordance with this policy

Miracle Tree may submit order confirmations, delivery records, tracking data, policy acceptance logs, and customer communications as evidence in dispute proceedings
Miracle Tree reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or future service in cases of suspected abuse, fraud, or policy manipulation.
10. Policy Modifications
Miracle Tree reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Changes apply prospectively and will not affect orders already completed.
